sign up period

what is in the mail

for this month’s release, you will receive an A6 art print and 2 character stickers.

shipping time

every letter is sent untracked, so there is no tracking number. once shipped, please allow 1-15 business days for your snail mail to arrive.

billing

after your first payment, you are charged every month on the same day of the month you signed up. if a payment does not go through, you will get a notice and some time to try again. if it is still unpaid after that, your subscription is cancelled automatically.

cancellation policy

bobo mail club is a monthly subscription that renews by itself. when you subscribe, you agree to be charged every month on your billing date until you cancel.

you can cancel any time. to skip the next charge, please cancel before your next billing date.

each month’s mail is prepared soon after billing. once that happens, that month’s order can’t be cancelled, changed or refunded. this includes mail that is already packed or sent.

change address or cancel

to change your address or cancel your subscription, log in to your customer portal, or email me at bobomailhehe@gmail.com.

past mail

past mail is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. each one is S$11.50 for singapore and S$13.50 for international. it ships on the same days as the club: order before the 15th and it ships on the 15th, order on or after the 15th and it ships on the 30th.

returns and refunds

sorry, i can’t give refunds for lost mail or for orders cancelled because of a change of mind. if your mail goes missing because the address given at checkout was wrong, i can send one replacement for a small fee.

if your mail still hasn’t arrived after the shipping time above, counted from the day it was sent, please email me or message me on instagram (@boboburp) and i will help arrange a replacement.
